Crispy bread with garnish

240 ml warm water 1 tbsp dried yeast 420 g plain flour 3 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp salt 1 tbsp sugar 1 pk egg 1 tbsp water 1 tbsp dried basil

500 g mozzarella 5 pcs tomato to taste salt, ground black pepper a little basil
step
1. 1. Add the flour, oil, salt and sugar. Work everything into a smooth dough. Grease a bowl with oil, place the dough in it, cover it and leave it to rise for about an hour. 2. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Divide the dough into 10 equal parts and cover them with cling film. Flour a board, make each piece into an oval loaf and transfer it to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush it with egg mixed with water, sprinkle with salt and basil. 3. Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden. Place sliced mozzarella and tomatoes on the baked bread, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with basil, season with salt and pepper and bake in the oven. 4. TIP: The bread is also delicious on its own, it goes well with chilli con carne.
