Cream cheese puff with zucchini and garlic

300 g plain flour 125 g soft cottage cheese 1 pk egg 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp salt
For the lining
1 pk zucchini (smaller) sour cream squeezed garlic olive oil
Just a few ingredients and lunch is on the table:
In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese , egg , flour, salt , baking powder and make a dough. If the dough is too crumbly, add flour until you get a compact dough.
Roll the dough a little with a rolling pin into a circle and transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Place the sour cream mixed with crushed garlic on the dough, top it with slices of zucchini or add some cheese. It may or may not be.
A good advice I only salt the dough. The zucchini would let the water into the batter and the cream would curdle. I don’t salt the top until after baking. Salt, veggies, what everybody likes.
Bake at 200°C for about 25 to 30 minutes.
