Ingredients for 10 patties: 1 zucchini 2 potatoes 1 carrot 50 g flour 1 egg about 20 ml water Salt and pepper Preparation:
Wash then grate the zucchini, then peel the carrot and potato and grate them too.
Put the egg, water, flour, salt and pepper in a bowl then mix well, then add the grated Vegetable Recipes and mix it all together.
With your wet hands make balls with the vegetable mixture, then place on a baking sheet, then flatten them slightly. Your veggie patties will start to take shape.
Bake the veggie patties in the oven at 180° for 20-30 minutes and then serve.
