Baked potatoes with yoghurt
8 pcs medium potatoes 4 tbsp white Greek yoghurt 3 tbsp oil 2 tsp salt 2 tsp dried mint 2 tsp dried thyme
Fantastic baked potatoes.
I only made 4 potatoes. Cut the potatoes into rounds or thinly sliced mesquite potatoes. Stir the marinade.
Toss the marinade with the potatoes on the baking sheet.
Bake at 200 st. C for up to an hour, depending on the thickness of the potatoes.
