Baked cabbage with potatoes

5 pcs larger potatoes 2 pcs home-grown bacon 1 pcs homemade sausage 1 pcs medium onion 1 tbsp lard 1/2 kg sauerkraut sprigs of rosemary
Excellent side dish for meat,eg.
Place a tablespoon of lard in the bottom of a roasting dish,add onion and diced potatoes.Place bacon on top of the potatoes,cut in the form of a ridge and sliced sausage.While roasting, let some of the lard and the sausage juices drip off.
Place the cabbage on top.If it is too sour,rinse it.Spread the rosemary sprigs on top.Pour about 1 dl of water over the cabbage and bake.
