Apple Tart Patté

Tart Patté is actually an apple pie with crumble. This recipe and other interesting recipes can be found in the show Recipes for Joy with Marketa and Honza, which airs on TV Paprika from 29 October every Saturday and Sunday at 16:00.

Ingredients:

Dough and filling: 500 g smooth flour 250 g butter 100 g raisins 100 g

80 g vanilla sugar 4 tablespoons of sugar 5 pcs green apples 3 pcs eggs zest of half a lemon For the crumble: 75 g of flour 40 g of butter 40 g

3 tbsp nuts 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Procedure:

1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough and process, wrap in fresh plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours
2. In a larger bowl, mix the chopped apples, raisins soaked in rum and lemon juice, layer on top of the dough
4. Sprinkle with crumble and bake until golden brown at 190 °C.
