Vegetable Recipes without thickening

Thick lunch soup made from smoked ribs, rib broth, sauerkraut, potatoes and other ingredients.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cook the ribs with the spices and the whole peeled garlic until tender
2. Drain the broth, peel the meat and remove it
3. Put the diced potatoes into the smoked broth, add salt to taste, after about 5 minutes add the peeled (or rinsed) cabbage and cook for about 12 minutes
4. Pour in both creams, vinegar to taste, season with sugar, salt and pepper
