1 pk carrots 5 stems cauliflower 1/2 cup peas 1/2 cup corn 5 Liptovská salami pk dill 500 ml water 3 KL pickle Deko 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp sugar 25 g gelatin powder

For Easter we are also making these vegetable scoops in aspic. They will brighten up any festive bowl with their colourfulness.
1. Boil the Vegetable Recipes in salted water. 2. Let the gelatin swell in a little water. 3. Prepare the brine. Put the water, pickle, vinegar and sugar in a saucepan, bring to the boil. Before boiling, add the gelatine and let it melt. Do not boil. 4. Place the cooked Vegetable Recipes and a sprig of dill in a muffin tin (or silicone moulds). You can also add other Vegetable Recipes, who likes what. Pour the prepared brine over the Vegetable Recipes and leave to set in a cool place.
