Dough of carrots, zucchini, onions and other ingredients, fried until golden brown in the shape of patties.

Procedure:
1. Chop the peeled onion into small pieces, cut the peeled garlic cloves into smaller pieces, grate the cleaned carrots, slice the zucchini, season with salt and let sweat
2. Fry the onion and garlic in hot oil, pour in the stock and beer, simmer for 4 minutes, add the semolina and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly
3. Divide the mixture in half, mix the carrots into one and the dried zucchini into the other
5. Make patties and fry in heated oil until golden brown on both sides.
