Vegetable hot dog with Balkan cheese

Sliced bread stuffed with hot mixture of stewed eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes and puree. Served with iceberg lettuce, topped with cheese.

Procedure:
1. Saute onions in oil, when golden, add eggplant cubes
2. After 10 minutes, put the zucchini rounds in the pan and after five minutes, the tomato eighths
3. Add a teaspoon of puree, fry, finally stir in garlic, pepper and salt to taste
4. Finally, sprinkle with grated Balkan cheese.
