Soup full of Vegetable Recipes, served sprinkled with parmesan shavings.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Clean the Vegetable Recipes, wash them, cut them into smaller pieces and put them in a blender
2. Pour in mineral water, oil and lemon juice
3. Add thyme, salt, ground pepper, worcestershire sauce, slices of crustless toasted bread and blend until smooth
4. Serve sprinkled with shavings of parmesan cheese with toasted bread rubbed with garlic and garnished with celery or parsley.
