1. Coarsely grate all the spice Vegetable Recipes and chop the leeks and potatoes. Chop the garlic and onion, fry in the oil and add the prepared Vegetable Recipes. 2. Pour in 1,5 litres of vegetable stock and simmer for about a quarter of an hour until tender. Then blend the soup, season with pepper and salt and serve with pieces of baguette toasted in butter.
