Vegetable aspic III

Spice made from a mixture of Vegetable Recipes, lentils and English bacon.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Pour the frozen vegetable mixture and the podravka into boiling salted water and boil for 5 minutes, then drain the Vegetable Recipes, drain, separate 500 ml of the broth and let it cool
2. Soak the gelatine in the vegetable stock and let it swell for 10-15 minutes, then heat the swollen gelatine in a water bath, stirring constantly, until it is completely dissolved (do not boil)
5. Whisk the partially cooled gelatine with the lentils, add the Vegetable Recipes, bacon and stir, fill the mould with the mixture and leave to set in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours
6. Before serving, garnish with cleaned carrots, peas and chervil leaves.
