Vegan salad with crispy chickpeas

Dressing
1 tsp Royal mustard (full-fat or crema) 1 clove small garlic to taste salt, ground black pepper 1/2 pk lemon juice to taste Snico apple cider vinegar 1 tsp honey 1 tbsp vegan mayonnaise to taste water
Crunchy Chickpeas
1 can chickpeas 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp red pepper 1/4 tsp dried garlic
Other
1 tsp olive oil to taste fresh Vegetable Recipes – tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, corn, olives

1.
Mix all the ingredients for the crispy chickpeas and roast in a pan or oven (about 10-20 min) until golden.
2.
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing, except the water, which we add one tablespoon at a time as needed.
3.
Slice the lettuce of your choice, toss with your preferred amount of dressing, add the crispy chickpeas (or added Vegetable Recipes) and serve.
