Vanilla muffins with blueberries (mug)

2 cups semi-coarse flour 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 packet vanilla sugar 1 packet baking powder with cream of tartar 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1 milk 2 pcs eggs 50 g white chocolate grated 1 cup blueberries garden fresh/frozen

Sweet breakfast. If you like vanilla muffins and blueberries, you’ll enjoy this.

Place the dry ingredients (sifted flour, granulated sugar, vanilla and baking powder) in a bowl and mix together.

Add the wet ingredients (eggs, oil, milk), grated white chocolate and mix the dough with a spoon.

Stir in the blueberries. You can also use frozen ones, they are better to work with.

Place the paper muffin cups in the holes of the tin and fill them 2/3 full with batter.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for about 25-30 minutes. Bake the day before and the next day you have a sweet breakfast taken care of. Enjoy!
