Valentine’s hearts made of sausages and eggs

A recipe for two in love! Halved thin sausages connected with heart-shaped toothpicks, fried in a pan, the insides decorated with beaten eggs.

Procedure:
1. 1. Once one of the sides is browned, turn the sausage hearts over, crack one egg into the middle of each, being careful to keep the yolk in one piece
3. Salt the eggs lightly, sprinkle with ground red pepper, cover and fry on a medium heat source until the eggs are set (those who like to leave the yolks slightly runny, those who don’t, prepare eggs with a stiff yolk)
4. Serve straight from the pan, hot, and serve to your loved ones along with fresh bread.
Recommendation:
Those who are more aesthetically pleasing can add a bouquet of parsley, cucumbers and tomatoes or bell peppers to the hearts as shown in the photo below.
