Unfolded sushi

100 g sushi rice 5 ml rice vinegar 200 g fresh salmon 1 to taste wasabi 1 Nori seaweed leaf 1/2 pk avocado 1 tbsp fresh coriander 1/4 tbsp lime juice 1 to taste salt 1 to taste pepper
Sauce
1 tbsp Hellmann’s Mayonnaise Light 1/4 tbsp lime juice 1/2 tsp wasabi 1 to taste salt 1 to taste pepper
To Serve
1 to taste fresh cilantro 1 to taste white and red sesame seeds

Creative variation with sushi.
1. Cook the sushi rice according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Add rice vinegar or salt to the finished rice, stirring to taste. 2. Using a mould, form a 1 cm high, first tier of sushi rice. Brush the rice lightly with wasabi , the more you put in, the stronger the flavour will be. Cut the nori rice into smaller pieces and then put these on top of the rice with the wasabi. 3. Peel the avocado and mix it with the chopped coriander. Season everything with lime juice, salt and pepper. Add the seasoned avocado as an additional palate at the same height as the sushi rice. Cut the fresh salmon into small cubes, lightly salt and create the last palate. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped coriander and sesame seeds. 4. Mix Hellmann’s Mayonnaise Light with lime juice, a teaspoon of wasabi, salt and pepper. Top with the seasoned mayonnaise and serve.
