Uncooked apple strudel

250 g plain flour 50 g butter 1 bit salt 1 pk egg 2 tbsp vinegar 3 tbsp water filling
Filling
600 g apples 100 g icing sugar 80 g butter 60 g fine breadcrumbs ground cinnamon

If you don’t know pulled strudel, you can bake a non-pulled one.

Sieve the flour, add the egg, a little salt, butter, vinegar, water and work into a smooth dough.

Divide into two loaves.

Roll out very thinly.

Sprinkle with chopped apples, sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and roll up.

Transfer the wraps to a greased baking tray, brush with butter and pour a little milk, prick with a fork.

In a preheated oven at 180 st. Bake for about 25 minutes.
7.
Sprinkle the cooled cakes with icing sugar.
