Unbaked cake with nutella

280 g butter biscuits 5 tbsp butter 1 cup Nutella 450 g mascarpone or spread butter 3/4 cup toasted hazelnuts 1/2 cup powdered sugar

When a sweet tooth hits at home, this quick cheesecake recipe is a clear favourite with us. The whole family, from kids to adults, love it, but the only downside is that it disappears so quickly you don’t even have time to cut it all up.

Grind the biscuits and add the melted butter with one tablespoon of Nutella. Add 3 tablespoons of ground hazelnuts and mix together.

Press the mixture into a 23 cm cake tin and then leave to set in the fridge.

Beat the butter with the icing sugar until smooth and stir in the Nutella.
4.
Pour the mixture onto the prepared crust and sprinkle with hazelnuts. Leave the finished cake to set in the fridge overnight.
