Unbaked cake with nutella and biscuits

700 ml milk 2 packets vanilla pudding 100 g crystal sugar 150 g Nutella 100 g butter 100 g roasted hazelnuts (ground) 350 g butter biscuits (ground) 100 g Chocolate ( ganache) 100 ml Whipping cream ( ganache) hazelnuts for decoration

A delicious dessert without baking:

In 200 ml of milk, mix the custard powder. Heat the remaining milk with the granulated sugar on a plate. Before boiling, add the milk with the custard powder and cook the custard, stirring constantly. Let it cool completely. I stir it here and there while it is cooling.

Let the butter soften at room temperature and beat it with a mixer. Add the cooled custard to the butter and mix together until smooth. Divide the mixture into 2 parts. To the first add 200 g of ground biscuits. To the second add the ground hazelnuts, Nutella and 150 g of biscuits.

Mix both masses well. Prepare a mould with a diameter of 20 cm. Put the lighter mass into the mould first, then the dark one on top. Place the mould in the fridge and prepare the ganache.

On a plate over medium heat, melt the chocolate and add the cream. Stir for a while to bring the mixture together nicely. Remove the finished mixture from the plate and pour it, not hot, over the cake. Decorate at will and leave to set in the fridge.
