Potato dough fried in the shape of larger potato chips filled with minced pork or a mixture of pork and beef.
Ingredients:
200-250 g
of ground pork or a mixture of beef and pork 1:1

fat or oil for frying
Procedure:
Grate the washed, peeled potatoes on a medium coarse grater, let the water run off and then squeeze them in a clean cloth, mix the prepared potatoes with the eggs, flour, peeled, grated onion, crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
Salt the minced meat, season with pepper, or season with your favorite spices.
In a wide pan, on a medium heat source, over a large amount of lard or oil, spread a small ladle of potato chip batter, put a heaping tablespoon of minced meat in the center, also spread it slightly to the sides, spread another ladle of potato chip batter, once the potato chip is golden brown on the bottom, flip it over and fry the other side of the potato chip as well.
