Recipe for borscht according to Ukrainian recipe.

Procedure:
1. Put the beef in boiling salted water, cook until tender, remove and strain the broth
2. Cut the cleaned root Vegetable Recipes into noodles, the onion into thin slices, fry them in butter, dust them with plain flour, fry them lightly, dilute with a little broth and bring to the boil
3. Clean the beetroot, cut it into noodles and stew it in a little broth
4. In the remaining broth put potatoes peeled and cut into cubes, cabbage cut into squares, stewed beetroot, add salt and cook for 10-15 minutes
5. Add the fried Vegetable Recipes with flour, bay leaf, ground pepper, ground paprika and cook until the potatoes and cabbage are soft
6. Add lard, grated garlic, diced beef, tomato puree, thinly sliced tomatoes, vinegar and boil briefly
7. Before serving, sprinkle the soup with finely chopped parsley (dill) and put a spoonful of sour cream in each portion.
