Ujházy Soup

Hen broth with mushrooms and Vegetable Recipes, as cooked in Hungary.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Place the cleaned and rinsed hen in a pot, add salt, cover with water, add peppercorns, crushed garlic, onion halves, bring to a boil, reduce the flame and cook until soft
2. Then remove the hen and strain the soup
3. Add the finely chopped soup Vegetable Recipes and mushrooms to the strained soup and cook together until the Vegetable Recipes are almost soft
4. Boil the noodles in hot salted water and drain
6. Put the noodles on a plate, pour the hot soup over them, garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
