A delicious and easy, no-bake dessert for celebration and everyday…
1.
Make a thick chocolate pudding using milk, custard powder and sugar. In a smaller baking tin, stack first the vanilla and then the chocolate biscuits, pour the chocolate pudding on top and leave to cool. Layer another layer of vanilla biscuits on top of the custard layer. Mix the sour cream with the vanilla sugar and spread over the biscuits. Continue by layering another layer of chocolate biscuits.
2.
Prepare a taller bowl and a hand beater. Place the cream cheese, vanilla and caster sugar in the bowl and beat on the lowest setting. Progressively add the butter pieces and increase the beating speed. When the cream cheese frosting is well blended, spread it over the cake. Decorate the surface with grated dark chocolate. Place the tin in the fridge and leave to rest, preferably overnight, to allow the biscuits to soften and the cake to set well.
