4 pcs turkey breast cutlets 2 cubes cream cheese 1 handful herbs (parsley, chives) 6 pcs sun-dried tomatoes or capers (handful) 1 pcs hot pepper (optional) 3 pcs shallots or smaller onions 3 cloves garlic 1 can small tomato puree 1 can sliced tomatoes to taste salt, pepper, tablespoon sugar a little oil/butter

Delicious turkey rolls, stuffed with cream cheese in a mildly spicy tomato sauce – prepared by Zuzka Machová.

Slice through foil, salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, salt, pepper, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, herbs and chopped sun-dried tomatoes or hot peppers and capers.

Spread the filling on the cutlets, twist and tie with thread or a needle or toothpick.

Fry the sprats on all sides. Remove.

In the same pan, fry the chopped shallots, 2 cloves of garlic in oil and a tablespoon of butter. Add the puree, simmer until the excess water evaporates. Pour in the can of tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar.

Cook, place rolls and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
7.
Finally sprinkle with basil.
