I make tuna steaks in a minute, if I organize my work well, my lunch is ready in 15-20 minutes 🙂

prepare all the ingredients and boil water for pasta

while the water boils we wash the spinach and saute it in a little olive oil, once it wilts, it doesn’t even take a minute, add the garlic,

then peeled tomatoes, stir, let it boil, add a teaspoon of sugar, it will reduce the acidity and enhance the flavor of the tomatoes… then add a large handful of herbs, stir, salt and pepper and the sauce is ready

Dry and salt the tuna steak… I don’t use any other seasoning, heat some olive oil in a pan, add a knob of butter and sear the steak… I do it by counting from one side to ten, turn, count to five, take the steak out on a warm plate and cover with another plate… it should be noted that if you cook the tuna for a long time it will remain dry and taste like sawdust

do not strain the cooked pasta or rinse it with cold water but put it straight on the plate, then the sauce and the steak, or put the pasta straight into the casserole with the sauce, mix well and serve with the tuna steak
