20 g vegetable fat 20 g plain flour 125 g milk 400 g smoked tuna 1 pk onion to taste full-fat mustard to taste salt 2 pk sweet and sour cucumber

1.
From the fat and flour, make a light roux, pour in the milk and simmer. Grind or finely chop the tuna, mix with finely chopped onion, mustard, salt and finely chopped cucumber.

Mix well with the dressing and leave to cool.

First spread the bread slices with butter and then with the prepared spread. The bread strips can be decorated with caper strips.
