2 cans tuna Calvo 160 g in own juice 300 g black beans 200 g diced tomatoes 1 pk red pepper 1 pk red onion 2 pk red onion 2 cloves garlic 2 pk avocado 2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil a little bit sea salt a little bit black pepper bay leaf a little bit romaine cumin a little bit tabasco lime

1. Use pre-soaked or canned black beans. 2. In a frying pan, fry onion, garlic and finely chopped bell pepper in oil. Add the chopped tomatoes and beans. 3. Season the mixture with a teaspoon of Roman cumin and the other spices. Cover and let cook for 10 minutes. You can also add chilli to taste. 4. Serve the bean mixture on lettuce leaves, topped with tuna and freshly sliced avocado. We recommend using fresh coriander, limes or parsley for garnish.
