Tuna in cereal crust with quinoa salad

50 g muesli a little corn chips a little black sesame 2 tbsp olive oil 100 g quinoa 200 g tuna 40 g chickpeas 1 pk sterilized chickpeas 1 pk young onion 20 g arugula to taste salt a little pepper 1 pk lime

1. Season the tuna with salt and pepper. Grind the muesli, cornflakes and sesame seeds, coat the tuna in this mixture and fry in olive oil until pink. 2. Mix the quinoa with the chickpeas, spring onions, arugula, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. 3. Serve the quinoa salad on a plate and arrange the tuna slices on top.
