Trout is undoubtedly one of the most popular dishes at Christmas. 1. A neighbour brought me trout from a nearby reservoir. We wash the trout dry. Season with fish seasoning and salt carefully. 2. Cut the onion into thick slices and also the garlic into rounds. Put this inside the trout. Drizzle with oil or butter and place in the oven. 3. I chose fries to eat. 4. Sometimes I buy frozen trout, and season them with fish seasoning only. 5. Good taste.
