Trout with mushroom spices

8 pcs trout fillets 1 tbsp dried mushrooms 2 pcs onion 1 tbsp grill seasoning 1 pinch salt 3 tbsp soy sauce a little olive oil 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce 100 ml white wine

1. Wash the trout fillets, pat dry with a paper towel, season with salt and grill seasoning and drizzle with soy sauce. In a mortar, grind dried mushrooms for seasoning and season the trout with it. 2. Fry the trout in a frying pan in hot oil. Season them with worcestershire sauce, cover with white wine and simmer. Add the sliced onion and simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
