Trout baked in foil
ingredients
4 pcs trout 6 dkg bacon 5 dkg onion to taste lemon wedges, salt, cumin, ground red pepper, parsley, foil
procedure
1. Cut the bacon into thin slices and the onion into small pieces. Clean and wash the trout and make slits in the top of the trout, into which insert the lemon wedges. 2. Cut the foil into equal pieces, place the bacon, onion, salt, sprinkle with ground paprika, cumin and chopped parsley. 3. Place the trout on top, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper, cumin, chopped parsley and onion. Wrap the trout so that the juices do not run out and put in the oven to bake on both sides for about 10 minutes.
