20 g yeast 1 cup milk 2 pcs egg yolk 250 g plain flour 1 cup raisins 1 pcs apple to taste salt a little fat for frying a little powdered sugar
procedure
1.
From lukewarm milk and yeast, make sourdough starter.

Stir the yeast into the salted flour, add the egg yolks and make a dough.

Add peeled and grated apple and raisins.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes.

From the risen dough, cut out small doughnuts and fry them in hot fat.
