400 g peeled tomatoes 200 g carrots 200 g leeks 70 g English bacon 250 g vegetable stock 2 sprigs thyme 2 cloves garlic 1 can white beans in tomato sauce 1 pk chilli pepper 1 pk onion to taste salt to taste ground black pepper

1. Peel the onion, finely chop it together with the leek into rounds. Cut the carrots into smaller cubes and remove the seeds and chop the chilli. 2. Fry the bacon and onion finely chopped in hot oil in a saucepan. Add the crushed garlic, chopped leeks, carrots, chillies and sauté everything. 3. Add the beans and sauce to the pot, pour in the peeled tomatoes, broth, season with salt and pepper and cook over medium heat. 4. Finally, season the soup with thyme, salt, pepper, or sugar.
