2 liters mushroom broth 2 pcs bay leaf 3 cloves garlic 4 pcs whole black pepper 1 pk red onion 150 g dried mushrooms 3 pcs potato 250 ml sour cream 2 vinegar 4 pcs egg handful fresh dill

In a large pot, make the mushroom broth.

Add the bay leaf, garlic, black pepper, and whole cleaned onion.

Add the dried mushrooms and bring to the boil. Cook under a lid for approximately one hour.

Add the diced potatoes and cook for a further 15 minutes.

Finally, stirring constantly, add the sour cream to the room temperature soup. Stir constantly so that the soup comes together nicely and no lumps form. Bring to the boil.

Season with vinegar.

Finally, lower the raw eggs on a metal ladle into the soup. Do not stir anymore. This will make us smuggled eggs.
8.
Serve with chopped fresh dill.
