Tortilla with chicken and roasted peppers

Tortilla filled with nicely seasoned chicken pieces, roasted capers and sour cream mixed with a crushed garlic clove.

Procedure:
1. Wash the peppers, clean them of seeds, cut them into four pieces and dry roast them on a grill pan
2. Cut the meat into thin strips, coat in tandoori masala and then in salami
3. Fry in olive oil, finally stir in the cream and when it reduces, add the chopped parsley and set aside
4. Top with sliced peppers and pour sour cream mixed with a clove of garlic
6. Wrap and serve immediately.
