Tortilla Rolls

This tip for a tasty healthy snack for children, but also for adults, was prepared by Poultry Farms Klatovy. It is tortillas smeared with cheese spread, garnished with sausage, cheese slices, tomatoes and lettuce leaves, served rolled up and cooled.

Ingredients:

2 pcs tortillas 6 pcs plates of Chicken Baby Junior without added E 4 pcs slices of cheese

4 pieces large lettuce leaves 1 pc spring onions 1/2 pcs red peppers 100 g cream cheese 1 tbsp dried herbs (oregano,thyme)

Procedure:

In a bowl, use a hand whisk to mix cream cheese, spices, peppers, spring onions.

Smear each tortilla with the resulting cream, cover with slices of Chicken Baby Junior and slices of cheese, leaving the edges of the tortilla loose.

Spread tomato slices on top and sprinkle with lettuce leaves, then roll the tortillas tightly.

Slice into smaller pieces and refrigerate before serving.
