8 pcs tomato to taste lemon juice, salt
WESTERN SALAD
300 g potato 250 g ham 2 pk egg 100 g roast meat 5 pk pickled cucumber 3 pk apple 2 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp soy sauce 150 g mayonnaise to taste salt, ground white pepper
step
1. Wash the tomatoes, cut off the tops and hollow out the insides. Salt the inside and drizzle with lemon juice. Fill with lettuce and cover with the tops. 2. WELSH SALAD : Peel warm, cooked potatoes, cut into small cubes, add chopped ham, roasted meat, sliced pickles, apples and hard-boiled eggs and mix. Then add the vinegar, ground white pepper, salt and soy sauce. Mix everything well and let it cool properly in the refrigerator.
