4 pcs large tomato 160 g Calvo tuna in olive oil to taste sea salt to taste black pepper a little chilli flakes 2 tbsp green chopped olives fresh parsley 1 pk lemon 1 pk red onion 1 clove garlic a little extra virgin olive oil
procedure
1. Hollow out the tomatoes, chop the inside with the onion, fresh sprig and mix with the tuna in olive oil. Season with sea salt, pepper, lemon juice and chilli to taste. 2. Fill the tomatoes with the prepared mixture and garnish the top with fresh parsley. 3. The snack can also be used as a suitable appetizer before a party, served in combination with a leaf salad, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
