Cut the tomatoes into pieces, add the spices, bay leaf, cover with water, boil and mash.

Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, dust with flour, fry, pour in the broth, salt and stir. Add the tomato puree and cook for a while. Season the soup with lemon juice and sugar.
