Tomato soup with rice

250 g tomato 2 tbsp rice 1 tbsp butter 1 litre meat broth parsley salt
procedure
1. Boil the peeled and sliced tomatoes in the broth until tender, then mash or rub them through a sieve and boil again. 2. Add the rice, salt to taste and cook until tender. Finally, add the chopped parsley and butter to soften the taste and serve immediately.
