400 g tomato 40 g hard cheese 1 dl cream 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp plain flour 1 tbsp water sugar salt
step
1. Prepare a light roux of flour and fat and pour cold water over it. 2. Add the rubbed tomatoes, season with salt and boil. Finally, add cream or milk and sweeten to taste. Before serving, stir the grated cheese into the soup.
