4 pcs tomato puree 1 pcs onion 6 pcs cloves to taste salt 6 tbsp granulated sugar 1.5 litres water 1,5 litres oil plain flour red ground pepper
procedure
1. First make a roux of oil and flour. Fry the flour until pale brown. 2. Remove the pot from the heat source and let the roux cool. Meanwhile, clean the onion. When the crackling has cooled, add a little ground red pepper. 3. Next, add all the tomato puree. 4. Mix them with the match and slowly add the water, stirring constantly. 5. Add the whole onions and cloves to the soup and cook. 6. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste and bring to the boil. You can add more cheese to the soup on the plate.
