Tomatoes mixed with red onion, crushed garlic, chopped coriander, green chilli and other ingredients. Tasty spicy salad from Mexico, especially suitable for roasted or grilled meats.

Procedure:
1. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and mix them with the unchopped onion and the crushed garlic clove
2. Add the finely chopped chilli pepper without seeds and mix with olive oil, a tablespoon of lime juice and finely chopped coriander
3. After half an hour, put the salsa in the fridge to chill, it will keep until the next day.
