Tomato and bean stew

Spanish-style bean stew is delicious on its own, or as a side dish with meat dishes. (or water + vinegar) 3 cloves of garlic 1 tablespoon of lemon juice parsley for garnish salt and pepper olive oil
Sieve the beans and rinse. Leave to dry for a while.
Peel and chop the onions, sauté them in a pan with the olive oil until golden brown.
Add the white wine and lemon juice to the pan. Boil the pan until dry, then pour the tomato paste and beans into the pan. Cook the bean stew until it is not runny but rather firm.Season the bean stew with salt and pepper. A dash of chilli makes the bean stew taste good!
Serve and garnish with chopped parsley.
The bean stew is served with a sprinkling of salt and pepper.
