Toasts with Mediterranean spread

1 crucible thick Greek white yoghurt (140 g) 2 pcs tomato flesh large (ripe) olive oil (a few drops) 1 clove garlic salt, black pepper ground (to taste) fresh basil

3 pcs whole wheat bread (slices) olive oil to toast the toast (a few drops) 2 cloves garlic to rub on the toast

A delicacy that will disappear right off the table.

Spread: In a bowl, mix yoghurt with a few drops of good quality olive oil and a crushed clove of garlic, add finely chopped tomatoes, torn fresh basil leaves, salt and pepper to taste and stir.

Grease a frying pan very lightly with olive oil and fry the slices of bread cut in half on both sides until golden brown.

Place the spread on the garlic-rubbed crispy toast, which can be prepared the day before. A great tip for breakfast. Enjoy!
