Toasted bread with tenderloin and poached egg

Roasted slices of pork tenderloin baked in the oven with mushrooms and cheese, served on toasted bread with ox eye.

Procedure:
1. Season the tenderloin slices with spices to taste
2. Brown the tenderloin on both sides in a hot pan, then remove from the pan and keep warm
3. In the same pan, prepare the ox eyes and place them together with the sautéed mushrooms and cheese on the sliced tenderloin
4. In a preheated oven, let the tenderloin bake for about 15 minutes
5. Fry the toasted bread in the pan left over from the tenderloin, place the tenderloin on the toasted bread and serve immediately.
Recommendation:
Fry the eggs in a square mould.
