Toast with pea spread

1 pk baguette 250 g peas 2 cloves garlic 1 pk onion 4 mint leaves a little butter to taste salt, pepper, chili 1 tbsp olive oil
procedure
1. If using frozen peas, sauté finely chopped onion and crushed garlic in butter. Add the mint leaves and frozen peas. Add a little water, season the mixture with salt and pepper and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then blend the mixture with a little olive oil to a puree. 2. If you use fresh peas it will be much easier. Simply blend the peas, mint, onion and garlic into a fine puree. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil. 3. Cut the baguette into slanted slices and toast it on both sides in a dry frying pan. Serve with pea puree or bacon or egg on top.
