Toast with lost egg

ingredients

2 slices bread 2 pcs egg 3 tbsp spread butter 1 tsp horseradish basil 4 slices ham vinegar parmesan spicy sauce salt

A warm breakfast is our little feast. We prepare them on days when we have more free time and enjoy them as we would on a special occasion.

1.

In a small bowl, put the spreadable butter, horseradish and herbs. Season everything with salt and mix into a tasty spread.

In a hot pan, prepare the toast. Place them on a plate.

Put the water on to boil and add a little vinegar to it. When it’s boiling, start circling it with a fork in the middle to create a little swirl.

Place the egg in a jar so you can better move it into the pot. Then pour it into the water vortex and boil it for at least three minutes.

5.

Smear the toast with the horseradish spread.

Place the ham on top. Twist it a little to form a rich layer.

7.

Place the hot toast on a plate. Remove the egg from the water using a strainer and drain it well. Then put it on top of the ham.

8.

Top the toast with Parmesan shavings and herbs.

9.

After slicing, the yolk should ooze out of the well-done poached egg.
