Toast with ham and cheese

Baked toasted bread smeared with a mixture of mustard, eggs, grated cheese and ham, baked under the grill.

Ingredients:

4 pieces of whole wheat bread 4 pcs slices of ham 2 pcs eggplant 2 large handfuls of grated cheddar cheese a little mustard

Procedure:

1. Heat the grill and lightly toast the bread on both sides
